Hunk was used to being the one cuddling. He used to cuddle Lance all the time, back in the garrison. But… As much as he loved cuddling- and belive you me, he loved his cuddles, more than nearly anything- it never felt quite right. There was always something missing. It was when he was with Keith that the topic of cuddling came back up. He knew Keith, while being a cuddlebug at heart, wasn’t nearly as cuddly as Hunk. He never had been. But, maybe… “… Hey, Keith-” he glanced over at the Red Paladin, biting his lips shyly- “can we cuddle?” “… Yeah. Sure.” Keith smiled, small and warm and slight; it was his signature smile, really, and it stole Hunk’s breath away. He loved that smile. The two quickly got settled into the bed, as per the usual arrangement: Keith, snuggled up to Hunk’s chest, wrapping up in blankets. Always blankets. Keith was naturally cold, Hunk was a space heater, and between the two it created the perfect temperature. Keith loved the cuddles, and Hunk loved it too. Hunk opened his mouth, hesitating briefly and closing it. And then opening, and closing. Open, close. Open, close. Open- “You look like a fish.” Keith peered up at him with his glimmery violet eyes. He flushed and glanced to the side, hugging Keith gently and rubbing his back. “Oops.” “Penny for your thoughts.” He sighed. Now or never, he supposed. “Uh… Can we- can we switch?” He murmured. Keith slowly sat up, humming softly before smiling. “Yeah, sure. Roll over.” Oh- he was actually doing this? Oh. He flushed more, rolling over and relaxing almost instantly the minute he felt his boyfriend’s arms wrap around his ribs. Oh, this was nice. This was really nice. He smiled to himself, snuggling back into the cuddles. Hunk was taller than Keith, but he was stockier than him, and his legs weren’t as long, so Keith’s slotted in behind his like puzzle pieces. “Like this, big guy?” “Yeah… Just like this,” Hunk whispered, smiling softly and putting a hand over Keith’s. “Just like this.” oOps its small and really just Fluffy but sometimes we all want fluffy cuddles, yakno??
