
~ LOW CAL | Baked honey Banana-Apples ~
Time needed: 10 minutes
Calories: 190 calories
What you need:
1 small banana
1 small apple
1 tsp honey
½ tsp oil or non-stick spray
A dash of cinnamon
How to:
1. Cut up the banana and apple into the desired-sized pieces. Spray a pan with non-stick spray or use ½ tsp oil.
2. Fry the fruits in the oil for a short while until it’s soft and warm.
3. Put on a plater and drizzle a bit of honey on it. Then put a bit of cinnamon on top.
