
Pretty sure that’s literally scientifically the best way to sleep (i’m not positive, it’s just something my mother told me, but she usually has sources she’s just asleep and I can’t be bothered to look it up lol)
Yeah that is the best way to sleep cause cold rooms help you sleep but weighted blankets keep you warm which means you it’s harder to get nightmares
Just keep in mind that it’s much harder to fall asleep if your toes or fingers are cold!so bundle up, because there’s no way one could wear socks to sleep like some fricking heathen
True, also if your toes are out of the covers the monster under the bed to grab them
I literally can’t fall aslee if I have too many blankets on or my rooms cold (thank you claustrophobia and poor circulation) so I keep my heater at 73(F) and one quiet that I curl around me
