nico di angelo having a faded italian accent that becomes more noticeable whenever he feels a strong emotion, or is talking about something he’s passionate about. if he gets too excited, or flustered, he’ll just 100% switch languages, and will only speak in italian until he calms down. it happens a lot around people he likes, or admires. *cough* will solace *cough*
As someone with a mix of an accent and a speech impediment I can confirm this happens and it’s so annoying. Same for my friends who speak multiple languages it’s quite disorienting
