I’m’a tell you a story. 

So Thuri and I have claimed Oct. 19 as our anniversary. We did not meet on Oct 19 but the date has special significance. 

It was on that day in 2006 that Thuri and I, who had known of each other for a few years on Livejournal and had begun chatting about 3 months prior, took our relationship out of “vague internet acquaintances” and to “internet friends.”

Thuri is responsible for this. Thuri asked me one very important, life-changing question.

Thuri asked, “Do you ever RP?” 

I said, “I…think I would be really self-conscious.” 

But I didn’t say no. And shortly after that, we started writing Scrubs fanfic together. 

Now, 12 years later, we’re engaged.

That’s the story. 🙂 

In this same conversation I also said ‘I don’t really have a handle on Cox yet” though, so do with this information what you will…
