Imagine for drama, either Remy or Virgil gets beaten up for being with each other and ends up going to the hospital. If it’s Remy being very injured then Virgil calls Roman while having a meltdown. Or if it’s Virgil, Remy would be scared to call the brothers.

If its Remy injured, Virgil Knows Roman can deal with people when they’re injured he knows for a fact he’ll know what to do right?? and like virgil knew they’d had people hating on their relationship obv- heck even roman gets hate sometimes (both for being gay and ace) and V’s not naive he knew hate was coming, but man does it literally hits hard when something like that happens tho?? 

And to see Remy of all people, strong confident sassy Remy, covered in bruises and bloody knuckles(cause damned if he didnt fight back) ANd Its just so FRUSTRATING to see people he loves in pain and he hates hates it but he’s so scared at the same time he knows he cant do anything except being there and holding his hand and he feels like its his fault obv and Remy has to kiss him like ten times to make him stop apologizing.

BUT MAN IF ITS VIRGIL

Virgil Isnt confident and strong and he didnt learn to fight back. He does what always worked back then and just tunes it out- he just takes it and hopes they’ll get tired-

But then Remy is there and V’s in the hospital right and the bad guys are gone but V’s still not tuned back in and its not the guys yelling anymore it’s a female voice now and it’s nails digging into him and he’s seeing the bruises they left and its too much its too familiar and he’s back there again and Remy is frantically trying to call Roman because he knows what to do- nothing Remy has tried worked and it’s scaring him so much.
