please please please support “the prom” and “torch song” when the come to broadway next season!! lgbt+ representation is so important for so many reasons and i urge all of you, regardless of gender and orientation to give these wonderful shows a chance!! lgbt+ people are often demonized and shown to be evil and morally corrupt and these are two shows that show the reality of lgbt people. showing people, who might not see this fact otherwise, that we are in fact regular people just like them, is incredibly important.
