A little reminder:

Exercise makes you feel good. You deserve to feel good. Take a small step towards fitting in a little physical activity today.

Yeah I think people forget that exercise does more than help with physical health or image.

It literally releases endorphins. Endorphins make you feel good, it’s like a natural dose of heroin. (Obviously on a much smaller and healthy scale that isn’t harmful).

No, I’m not kidding lol look it up. Same brain receptors activated.

It also gives you an accomplishment for the day, I started jogging and working out regularly when I didn’t have a job, and completing workouts meant so much for my self-esteem

It doesn’t even matter what body type you have. Even just everyday active movement helps.

You don’t have to be an athlete to be athletic! Just stay active and you’re doing great!

Even if you can only fit in a few sessions of activity a week!
