My dear lgbt+ kids, 

A quick personal update: I went to the doctor today because I noticed a lump on my chest. We will wait it out for now to see if it goes away on its own but if it doesn’t, I will need to go back, so they can test me for breast cancer. 

While I hope that it’s a harnless infection and will go away, I’m really worried because breast cancer runs in my family. 

If you want to, it would mean a lot to me if you pray or send good vibes for me. I also want to use this scary situation for something good and remind you that everyone, regardless of gender, should regularly check their breasts/chest for lumps, swelling or other unusual changes and get it checked out, if you find any!
