Are their any words/ phrases that are kinda off limits? Like they don’t say “I love you” because one of their parents would always say that to them after being abusive or they have a deep hatred for people who say they should be respected because their parents demanded respect from them when they didn’t deserve it?

well it’s pretty obvious that they do not ever shout at each other. if they have arguments or disagreements they’re usually really good at talking things out, so no shouting in anger from them ever.

other than that Logan refuses to talk about his interests if the other person isn’t looking at him and showing interest in what he’s saying. Their parents weren’t exactly the encouraging kind ya know hahaaaaa– So the others can listen to him ramble about anything, Patton loves when he does so and always asks so many questions it makes Logan happy :,)

Patton will always ask before hugs and just in general shows of affections. esp around Virgil who will Not be Touched without explicit disclaimer TM (Virgil usually lets him anyways)

For a while after moving out, any sudden movement near Virgil would make him flinch and shy away from them so they learnt to be v obvious in their movements. Things like “can I pick you up” and “alright I’m just moving you over here so I can get that thing okay” become more common and almost second nature now.

Roman will hands down no hesitation throw punches if anyone insults one of his bros he will not stand for anymore abuse of any kind. He also strongly believe and argue that he is not a parental figure to them. He is their older brother first. Their parents gave up on them and they don’t need any replacement to be a family.
